Of course it's the defences fault. Every top goalie needs an impregnable defence in front of him to fulfill his potential.

And the problem with benching him now is it would be Stekelenberg, and he genuinely is awful.

Too late to take it out of Walsh's hide now he has gone. We will have to limp along then with two bum goalies until the Arsenal kid gets his chance. We should be able sell the current England goalie for a huge profit in January. That should please the critics on here.

Yeah because Stek is class, as for last night the defense was shocking, they had some quality names perhaps but they were all over the place as individuals.

The thing is De Gea had a shocker in the World Cup and hasnt been great for United either recently, some people only see the ball going over the line but dont understand what mistakes the conceding team mean to lead to the goal, they just think its the keeper, when most of the time it isnt
