Think he needs some serious coaching on the mental side of his game. I am not sure how his personality would react to being told that.

A lot of goalkeeping is down to instinct as well and his seem to be wrong. Sometimes you've got to be cautious and others you've got to be gung ho. He seems to ge those decisions wrong.

Need to get Southall in. A no nonsense straight talking legend of the game who will strip the lads arrogance away and channel his self proclaimed mental strength into calmness and sense rather than an apparent never ending need to draw attention to himself.

Seriously....What is with the OTT acrobatics minutes after the ball has gone past him? Does he need to go to one of those trampoline centres before he plays to get it out of his system?

I tried pointing out his horrific record for us when people were hailing him as jesus reborn during the summer. Numbers like that doesnt lie.
I almost want to do a call out post, but feel a little too classy today.

Without a doubt he has been poor the last few games he has no competition to his place ,stek should be nowhere near the first team and what bits I have seen of Virginia at u23s he is a long way off playing for the first team

Lost my [Poor language removed] watching him yesterday. His decision making for a "top" keeper is appalling. His distribution is average at best, played his full backs in to trouble more than once yesterday and as for the command of his box . Don't want to put the boot in on the lad as he's obviously a passionate kid, but instead of believing his own hype and #sendthemin, he perhaps should focus on becoming a better goalkeeper for his team's sake and his own.

The worst thing for me is that he looks the type who couldn't give a flying one and/or is incapable of taking on board changes to his game.

The lad doesn't look the full shilling to me.

It's why he keeps making mistakes because of the exhaustion of it all. But it's what has to be done to keep the house warm and food on the table.
