How come this present manager cant grasp the same tactics , especially from set piece's ?
Because he was employed to get Everton playing football....pity they didn't give him an attacker to knock the ball in the net...then even Pickford's colossal error count wouldn't matter as much as an issue to deal with.

Too many people nailed their colours to the mast with the lad and the climb down is a tough one.
I get it, after the WC many of us put a lot of hope and faith in Jordan, but it was very naive to think he suddenly turned good. Him being great last season is a myth, no amount of worthless "awards" from the club will change that. He is not the next Southall, he's not even the next Tim Howard based on his time with us. Another Walsh blunder costing us dearly, it seems. Hope he turns it around.

Fully agree over the striker.
Employed to get us playing football ? Thats not turning out to well is it.
No matter how well we play , if he keeps setting us up to concede at set pieces any goalkeeper would struggle.
Pickford is far from the problem with this manager and his tactics.

It was until numb nuts performed his party trick.

If I had to bet at present I'd say he was heading more for a Shay Given career rather than a Gigi Buffon one.
Just when we all thought Gigi was destined to shuffle off into retirement he turns up at PSG, and with a bit of luck may claim a well deserved and long overdue Champions League winners medal. Perhaps he could be tempted to finish his stellar career at GP? lol

Remarkably, considering his weakness in the air, he's taken more high claims than De Gea and has the same number of clean sheets this season.
