If he didn’t take the two steps in the opposite direction I’m confident he would of saved that free kick. Yes it was a belter but he set the wall up so no excuses. He is my favourite player and I don’t like to put blame on him but he could of done better. Lack of preseason we will go with

He is acting like a Billy Big Bollocks. That's the DNA of that lad. You can see a lot of bravado mixed in with the talent he has. He was screaming and arguing with Keane I think it was today when he was getting told to get back in his goal after ridiculously running out. Bravado's all well and good if you're Gigi Buffon. If you're Jordan Pickford it isn't.

Needs to find some humility this kid I'm telling you.

Ball was over the wall quickly as it was taken 6 yards closer but he jumped out the way. I like him but I think there are plenty of areas for improvement, in my opinion. He kicked it out of touch a lot last season for no reason at all, but he get's a pass in light of the tictacs of High BMI SAM and Ronald McKoeman.

I think his attitude is his biggest strength. He was at fault for their first goal, but its forgotten immediately. There's plenty of keepers who make mistakes and never recover *cough* Karius *cough*

He's a good GK. Way off being the GK he and others think though.
