Not his best day but I'm sure he will be his own harshest critic...Well 2nd harshest anyway as you can't beat Dave! :) He should learn from it and hopefully ensure he doesn't make the same again.
 

Good free kick worthy of a goal except being taken from the correct spot would have reduced the chance of its success.
Pickford only just missed it and like Shearer says a touch more to his left and the keeper saves it. But then he says it's poor from the keeper as should be saving it despite giving the reason why he's a touch more central.

I get what you are saying, but I think he might be doing it because we have no leader on the pitch and he has taken up that role. Someone has to let players know when they are screwing up.
 
He could've done better on both goals, although either would've been good saves. Disn't well on the semi breakaway.

Had we done better on the 2 on 1s we had we'd have been up a goal or two more and it wouldn't have mattered.

I tend to agree but it's a fine balance between bravado and confidence. Joe Hart showed how not to do it. Take the blame when it's your fault too.

Yes, those two horrible passes by Richy and Coleman (or Theo?) on the counter. If you're looking for reasons why we drew, those are pretty high up there -- certainly higher than anything Pickford did.

I think that is a VERY GOOD example of where this lad will end up if he doesn't focus.

As said before, during and after the WC: I wouldn't be too concerned if we sold him. I detect a big fault-line in his attitude and I can see it widening in the future.

Hopefully, he is young in goal keeping terms and he, learns to temper his ‘cocky’ attitude and concentrates on his keeping.
Could go either way it’s up to the lad hopefully what happened to Hart is something he can learn from.

I agree with all that and as with another's comment that he is immature and with time should become more mature. Time is on his side and hopefully the goalkeeping coach (whoever he is) will be guiding him.
