26 isn’t “young” for a goalkeeper anymore. He should be coming into his peak and he’s getting worse every season.

He won’t be staying there as a backup if De Gea doesn’t move on. Idk how difficult it would be in that case, but I’d pay quite a lot to get him, assuming picks can be moved on. That’s the hard part.

If, and it's a big if, we could get close to what we paid for Pickford in any sale we might have the finances to buy Henderson. Even then, though, he would likely have better offers. Shame, because he looks a quality keeper and is a great age.

I think Pickford will be sold if we get a biggish bid for THE England international number 1. I don't think he'd mind too much to leave & I reckon the fee will surprise/content/astound some of his critics.

Any club wanting to make a statement that has the funds and that we can reach an agreement with for England's no.1. I don't find it hard to envisage at all. Steve Bruce & Newcastle if they wanted to make a statement signing after coming into money, for example. Maybe he will down too many pints and the club will send him to China for £40m.

Doubt United let Henderson go to Chelsea. Oblak would cost 100mil but it’s possible with Chelsea.

Southgate seems to love him. Our best bet is Southgate takes a job in the league who needs a keeper. No way any premier league club who has seen him play this season will want him.
