Don Hutchinson made an appearance. And said it was the worse challenge he’d seen in 10yrs.
I was shocked, because Don comes across quite level headed.

Can I say for the record because I'm getting a lot of middle fingers that I don't even think Pickford's tackle was the worst one by an everton player. Richarliason's was worse, in a pointless area of the pitch that he didn't need to make, used well too much force - and the [Poor language removed] whistle had already been blown for a foul before it. The times do a podcast with Hugh woozencroft and to be fair, all 4 on the show were diplomatic in terms of saying while Pickford should have been sent. The challenge was poor and clumsy. Not violent.

and 3 of the 4 said the mane incident was offside, as That’s what the technology said. Only one was angry about the offside goal

I thought the Totally Football show in general was very good, but thought the Pickford take was particularly poor.

I think that's a fair assessment lost in the noise. From our perspective Pickford needs to find maturity in his decision making for his future development no matter which club he plays with now and in the future.
