Sunderland aren't daft. They wont be accepting any deal for add ons based on this club being able to win trophies. Would you if you were them?

There'll be a massive amount paid up front and probably £5M or so paid extra based on appearances. That would be my guess, which is equally as valid as the hack's guesstimates.
