Any nerves he may have had leading up to the game last night would have well and truly dispersed. He will be well and truly focused now.
With regards the penalty it was a first class effort by both the striker to score and Pickford in his attempt to save it.
Are people coming down hard on the others by the way. Lingard, Sterling were gash.

Robles would have threw is cap on that pen and stood in the middle of the goal for starters ,,,, joking
he really had nothing to do apart from that pen - Kane is poor at back to goal and is a poor target man mind you they were rough on him should have had two pens ourselves - they were poor, Lingard should have had the matchball with 3 goals at half time.... and Pickford needs a greater test - it will come....

He did alright, solid enough to retain his place.

Distribution was as erratic as ever. No real saves to make, but claimed well for the most part.

Close on the penalty. Probably disappointed he didn't save it to be honest.

He`s yet to be tested in the two games that they`ve played so far.

Agree he has not been tested, but the experience of playing for England & in the World Cup will stand him in good stead for next season.

He is not the finished keeper by a long way, but there is a good keeper there & Everton can reap the benefits...
