i think he's a idiot and a absolute tit for what he's done, i'm still dubious but i'll give him the one last chance to turn his life and career around. He's had enough chances.

You are still a disgrace
That was kinda the point of him going to Oldham years ago, an attempt to rebuild his career.
He can continue to work with EitC if he wants to, but he should be going to Tranmere and actually competing for a first team place of his own.
Why do we end up with egg on our face? He messes up then he loses his chance, and at least we tried to help him. Don't see how that means we end up with egg on our face.
I've heard we're going to do a minutes applause on the 72nd minute to commemorate a man who missed the number 72 bus the other day and missed a job interview.
Great club.
There is people on this forum who make a joke about drinking driving and players knocking their girlfriends about but get all high and mighty about a young lad doing drugs. Absolutely amazing really.
Was Billy Kenny beyond redemption. ?Yep, I see your point.....you're right. I suppose I was taken aback by this story along with a lot of other it seems. On reflection, it's a great gesture by the club - a chance to turn his life around. The onus is on Baxter to pay back the generosity of the club by staying clean and getting back to playing football. This is the kind of thing that separates our great club from the rest.
I wish the lad well and hope he can conquer those demons that have plagued his short career so far. Work hard, stay clean, stay clear of the bad influences who had a hand in his downfall. Fresh start and all that. Make no mistake though, from an Everton point of view - this is his final chance and it should be spelled out to him clearly. Mess up and you're gone.
