Just for fun ................rate your worst signings and managers under Moshiri

Recruitment and poor managerial appointments are undoubtedly the reason for the demise under Moshiri. That has directly led to the lack of financial control which given that Moshiri is an accountant is simply unforgiveable.
Think back to pre-Moshiri and how we brought in players like Baines, Jagielka, Cahill, Pienaar, Distin, Coleman, Lukaku, Barry and many others.

We bought astutely and built a squad. Don't get me wrong, we had some duds on the way, but the ratio of impact and financial cost far outweighs what it is now.

We lost our way because, as I've said previously, we were like the teenager with money in our pocket and happy to blow it without any real process or thought.

Well we all need cheering up today so why not consider the depths that we have plumbed under Moshiri and rate his worst signings and managerial appointments.

Heres my top ten of his worst signings and top 5 of worst managerial appointments....................

Players

1. Maupay
2. Gbamin
3. Williams
4. Tosun
5. Sandro
6. Gomes
7. Mina
8. Bolasie
9. Schneiderlin
10. Iwobi

Dishonourable mentions to Doucoure, Godfrey, Keane, Delph, Martina and Klaasen.

Managers

1. Benitez
2. Lampard
3. Dyche
4. Koeman
5. Allardyce

My god when you consider those lists it's no wonder that we are in the position that we are. Good job I dodn't do the DoF appointments lol
Not having Mykolenko in that over probably half of the players there is wild.

I'd have Schneiderlin back in a heart beat before having to watch Mykolenko.

Surprised Alli hasn’t had a dishonourable mention

Blimey, this is all a bit depressing and just tells its own story tbh

Koeman was the worst simply because he started the rot. He held the club to ransom, only came for the money, couldn't be @£?&ed getting his fat head off the sun bed to do a 5 minute presser. That's when Moshiri should have told him where to go. It sent a message that we were a soft touch and could be had over. He wasn't even interested when he was here and got a massive pay off.

I think everyone else contributed in some way, except Sandro but he was only £5m. Gbamin I think is unlucky with injuries, same with Bolasie who I think would've done a good job had he not crocked it.

Klassen for £23m, playing 6 games and getting binned for £12m next summer is horrendous.

I actually think Klassen is a decent player. Was trying to play one touch pass and move football with a team of statues stood watching baffled.

We bid against ourselves for Siggurdson.... when we bought 3 other players to play in the same position.

£45m inflated from £25m for a position we had purchased ample coverage in (and spend about £35m in doing so).

Absolutely wild that Everton’s transfer record has been so bad that I forgot about paying £30m for Yannick Bolasie.
