Better, but only because of the growth of the Premier League and the resulting financial benefit.

Don't think Bill deserves credit for that, as for years we were punching above our weight due to Moyes's astute buys while under massive financial constraint.

It took him 15 years to attract any investment, and when he finally did his choice of buyer remains questionable given the onfield performances since.
