i don't know where he will go for CL football,he obviously fancies himself a bit.
if CL is so important to him he should have stayed at olympiacos where its gauranteed every year
CL is code for bigger wages, but where outside real, barca and paris (whom would have no interest in mirralles)
who can afford the big wages on offer in the prem,
I cant see any of prem big boys interested in him either, maybe the redshite to wind evertonians up,but they wont be in the champions league either.

It wouldn't surprise me if he goes to someone like Spurs (if they get CL) and sits on their bench. I couldn't really blame him.

Players come and players go.

Mirallas is a good player but he's a hired hand, not an Evertonian.

The club is always bigger than one person.
I haven't seen any remarks from him that say he thinks he's bigger than the club. In fact I haven't seen anything that says he's for sure going. It doesn't sound promising but to me his mind isn't on moving ASAP.
In modern football isn't almost every player a hired hand? Of course there are exceptions (Kompany at ManCit, Gerard at Liverpool, ...), but most players want to get the most out of their careers (trophies, money) and not out of the 'careers' of the club they happen to play at.
If we don't start playing for a real trophy players like Mirallas, Lukaku, Coleman, Stones and Barkley will start looking elsewhere.
City bought Kompany for 6 million pounds from Hamburg after moving from Anderlecht, not exactly a one club man although he's been an exemplary captain for them.

I'm sorry bud but he's holding all the cards now, going into the summer with 12 months on your contract puts kev in pole position.

Sell for a fraction or risk letting him go the following year for nothing. His agent will be receiving offers from all over the gaff.

He's already said he'd like to play in Spain, he's in the prime of his career and I think it's nap he'll be gone sooner rather than later.

I hope I'm wrong, but if both parties were serious it would have boxed off 12 months ago
I thought we had an option on an extension which means we're a year premature talking like this.

Why do people keep saying they could see him going to Arsenal?

If he wanted to go to Arsenal he would have gone there in 2012, he chose us.

Atleti or no one IMO.
