KevMirallas
Player Valuation: £35m
I don't remember that injury.
Could explain his poor second half of the season though...
Gives that story about him locking Rom in a room until he signed for us a new meaning too.

That would be us moving backwards, not forwards.
Like it or not, Kevin like Lukaku aided Everton's problems last season. They caused problems in the dressing rooms (from various sources) and it even showed on the pitch (penalty debacle).
When you're in trouble, your true players show themselves and unfortunately I saw a side to Mirallas that I did not like. I would much prefer to sell him off for some cash and Lennon on top.
Lukaku can't be sold, his goals alone helped Everton avoid the drop. Mirallas though is replacable and should be if we want to keep team spirit in the camp.

It's not immediately clear where the future lies for Kevin Mirallas. Our countryman can count on a lot of interest from abroad. Yet, they also hope that he can continue at Everton. Roberto Martinez is in fact a big fan of Belgian football.
Will he leave or not? Football News contacted Christophe Henrotay, manager of Mirallas. "Kevin has a contract with Everton and if clubs want him, they will first have to find an agreement with Everton. Afterwards there can be spoken to us," it sounds to Henrotay.
"Kevin has been on vacation and has landed today at 11 am in Zaventem. He's not doing himself. Mirallas has also still to his sentence at Everton and does not penetrate to a transfer. If anything out the bus comes, we'll see. "

Who else would have tried to snap Suarez's knee the way Kev did?Well that's cleared all that up then...especially the bit about him doing himself and the penetration bit...erm
Anyone who would prefer Lennon over Mirallas just simply doesn't know football, Mirallas stats per minutes played are outstanding, he has better skill, final ball and a better footballing mind than Lennon will ever have. He is just fast an that's about your lot. He can't get in the Spurs side. A spurs side we want to be competing against yet some are desperate to give one of our top 3 players to them for a straight swap. FFS. shame that Evertonians would be willing a second rate player coz he gets back an defends, I'd take both but if it one or the other even if it were Lennon plus 7m is still stick with Mirallas, at 5 million he has been a fantastic signing an can continue to be.

I can never fathom why people say things like this.Anyone who would prefer Lennon over Mirallas just simply doesn't know football, Mirallas stats per minutes played are outstanding, he has better skill, final ball and a better footballing mind than Lennon will ever have. Don't agree with the first bit it's not about agreeing with me Mirallas has the stats to back it up if someone was to say that Osman was better than Iniesta I would also say they don't know football. Lennon is a slightly useful headless chickenI can never fathom why people say things like this.
what it translates to is "if you don't agree with me or my point of view, you're an imbecile for having a differing opinion".
What's more, the opinion that the endeavour, pace and consistency of Lennon's performances could be seen as a better option for us, rather than the 1/10 good performances from Mirrallas, is one that seemingly a lot have and therefore shouldn't just be dismissed.
They are completely different players, granted, but I think now with Deulofeu, Barkley, Baines, Coleman, Cleverley...together with a new number 10 offer us enough invention for us to be able to say, "Kev, we want to keep you, but if you don't want to be here and you're going to continue to spout off in the media then you can go".
We can't afford moody passengers, a role which Mirrallas adopts more often than not imo.
