I thought Pienar added nothing and could barely keep up with play. Whereas Miralles has been in and out
of the picture and can score a goal. Miralles needs to play to get match fit and contribute whereas Piernar will not be renewed and is off in the summer, so why play him?
Martinez had clearly settled for a draw rather than pushing for a win and Pienaar helped in that. If we'd been losing think Kev would have been chosen but on a couple of occasions this season he's made reckless tackles (Swansea and cup game vs City) that could have cost us the result.
