There is none so blind as those that cannot see---if you read folks submissions before you set off on a disecting mega rant once again I will point out that I once loved Kev(not to the point that you do) but he has lost his way for some reason and the red cards are all part of it.

It is his recent self destruct path I am pointing out not a career of woe read and digest before you rant.

A single paragraph isn't a rant pal, even if some of the words are longer than you are used to. If you don't like debate you are free to walk away.

You accuse me of loving Mirallas (very grown up of you btw) on the basis of what? My opinion that he is a better choice on the left than Kone, Pienaar or Cleverley? Or the stats that back up that opinion? I may as well descend to your childish level and accuse you of "hating" a player you've never met.

Because they are both Everton players. They both have a couple of red cards, which you intimated are a sure sign that a player is selfish and petulant. 4 goals and 4 assists this season, in 912 minutes. Cleverley, with his shiny 7.30 "whoscored?com" rating, has 1 goal and 5 assists in 1665 minutes. Kone, your other option on the left, has 7 goals and 3 assists in 1638 minutes. Thank goodness Martinez has left Mirallas to rot on the bench in favour of these more talented, "team players". :coffee:

You dislike him, that's cool. But you are going over the top in suggesting that we should get rid without finding a replacement first, because he is still better than every other option we have on the left at this point. The proof of this is that he is broadly on a par production-wise with others who play the same position, despite getting 40% less game time than them.

Amazing how a red card can make people lose their minds totally.

It has been you who introduced comparing him to Kone,Pienaar,Cleverly uncle Tom Cobbly and all on the left, I'm saying at the moment he shouldn't be getting a game in any position, he had an opportunity to show us what he could do on Saturday and he blew it.

Lets now concentrate on the game this evening and all get right behind the team whoever that might be.

Barry has 2 red cards for us too. He must be a selfish, petulant player too.
