He's a little weasel.
The stats defend him mate. I'm just pointing them out. I am surprised that people allow their dislike of a player, based on spurious amateur interpretations of his "attitude", to overwhelm their ability to count things like goals and assists. There is simply no statistical argument to support the suggestion that we are better of with Kone or Pienaar on the left than Mirallas. You might have a point with Cleverley, but only time will tell on that front.
As you say, we can't sell anyone until the summer.... so I would suggest that we should be making better use of a player like Mirallas while he is here - admittedly that is difficult when he's suspended!
I'M the dog with the bone? If you are advocating getting rid of Mirallas, then you have to accept that the immediate consequence of that move would be that we would have to choose from Kone, Pienaar or Cleverley on the left until such time that a replacement came in. You don't need to agree with that - it's just the way it is, because they are the personnel in the squad.Tree you're like a dog with a bone, where at any point have I mentioned about Kone or nuts being able replacements for Kev?
I don't even think that is his best position for us when he is playing.
You are obviously a stat man and stats can be brought out then put away again to sway arguments. Well I'm a fact man, Kev is not a team player he is a petulant individual, not so long back he was wanting away and guess what? nobody wanted him, we were then daft enough to give him aother lucrative contract.
AGAIN I say I loved him when he first came here but he has not kicked a decent ball for us in the last 12 months, you being a stat man should be able to give us his ratio of yellows and reds he has accrued to appearances made.
Tell me what are these 'spurious amatuer interpretations of attitude' oh yes you have answered that yourself in the last paragraph Fact= he is suspended again and unavailable for selection, just when he has been given an opportunity he has shot himself in the foot.
What a beautiful moment
Suck on that rat boy
What are you on about? Mirallas clearly got the ball, it was a horrible dive by Suarez. Was a bit unlucky not to get the ball really, only about 10 metres away

Mirallas has the same number of red cards in his Everton career as Gareth Barry - and we all know what a petulant, divisive, selfish character Barry is don't we. Because he's had two red cards. In fact Barry's got his two red cards in far less playing time than Mirallas, so he must be MORE selfish. Right?
Your "facts" are opinions pal. Stats are stats.
Mirallas kicked at least two decent balls against Villa. Not long before that he kicked a cracker against Chelsea. And your answer re cards is fifteen yellows (one of which was a second yellow) and one straight red. In 7690 minutes, over 127 appearances in four seasons.
As before - if we can get in a better player to take his place then fine, ship him out. But to just get rid, with no plan for replacing him, just because you've taken a personal dislike to him? Bonkers.
Which could / should have ended in this...
