I fail to see the context argument here: he's saying he'll have a first team place or he'll look to move on.Again you're ignoring his actual words talking in absolutes
You're also ignoring the fact he signed a new deal which would be incredibly stupid if it was "is longstanding wish to leave the club"
Incredibly, I think they're about the same value now.problem now is his stock his dropping rapidly, how much would we get for him? i think naismith might be worth more at the mo lol
This Everton team is ninth and the one last season 12th. I don't know where this notion that we've got a great team and there's no room for Mirallas comes from. No player in the starting 11 except perhaps Stones and Lukaku are 'vital' to this side.
Mirallas is not a bad egg, why would the club have offered him a new contract if he was? He's a very talented attacking player who is being mis managed as Martinez prefers formations with at most one winger and often none at all.
If you're saying that there's no space anywhere across our front four for Kevin Mirallas because it's packed with vital players I don't agree with you. The league table for the last 18 months would suggest none of them should be immovable.

What we need is for Norwich to start losing again and hope they're desperate to come back in for him.naismith will dine off that hat trick for a while, i reckon we could get a relegation threatened club to buy him
get a sland/newcastle bidding war going and we could get 10 mill lol
as mentioned earlier, i think mirallas is more likely to go abroad
Think belgian fanny is off. Some team like Gala, Zenit, Milano maybe...love him what ever happends
spat at the monitor then....heheThat's a sweeping generalisation of the female population of Belgium right there.

This is what I don't understand about those who want to sell Naismith. If Lukaku goes down tomorrow, who plays upfront? We have three senior strikers on the books two of whom are often playing on the flanks for us. If Naismith goes we could be left potentially with Kone upfront by himself if there's any Lukaku injury. Is Naismith a poor left winger, yes. Is he a poor striker? Not in my view. Again though how many games does he get in his proper position?

At the moment we only have Lukaku up front....Naismith is a player who fits in nowhere.
Naismith and Mirallas would fetch £16mil+ which is enough for a new player who fits into our system better than either of them.
