Debatable. Hattrick against Chelsea shouldn't be allowed to masque the utter inadequacy he shows in 95% of the other games he plays. Kev hasn't had a chance this season to impress but we all saw the damage he can do with extended minutes in the Europa League last season. Personally think him & Kone should share the left side for now and let one of them play cup games.

He was excellent today in his limited minutes. Would really like to see him get a start against weaker opposition.

He's also by far our best dead ball specialist after Baines.

Yeah Boro he should get a start, but as for the league the only room to change the starting 11 now is in the back four, so unfortunetly for him until there is a red card or an injury, or a serious drop in form, he is stuck on the bench.

Much better player but the Kone brings out the best in our 3 youngens, needs to play.

Its not a head to head, its how the team is with Kone or with Kev, the team in general as a unit is better with Kone.

It's really difficult. I think we all know that Mirallas is a better footballer than Kone. But the effect Kone has on Rom is not to be sniffed at.

Option though innit.
