Never, they can't introduce actual competition into the premier league now that they have what is in essence a nice closed shop set up.

I would say probably after either a takeover, or the stadium move, whichever comes first. Everton needs to make a lot more money, our commercial performance is absolutely terrible. Either new owners who actually know how to run a business, or a big shiny new stadium will make us more attractive to investors and sponsors (hopefully)
