Truth is the structure has changed and I've no idea if that role specifically exists in what the vision for the structure is

If it does, I'm maybe a bit disappointed that we've not filled that role in the 5 months or so that Thelwell has had to do it

Given poor Ronald Koeman was persecuted for his Christmas tree decorations, I fear the club might have made an error in appointing this Thelwell gentleman.

Obviously I'll reserve judgement until the end of the transfer window, but he's clearly well out of his depth.

Unsworth and Ferguson both gone - seems very much like the do nothing old boy network was supposed sussed out pretty quickly by him.


Actually putting in a structure from the bottom of the youth system connecting through to the first team, seems a progressive and overdue move, disconnected roles that should never have been lumped together - hence Unsworth getting the heave ho, again seems progressive.

Not knee jerk meeting what clubs we approach are wanting - again a breath of fresh air, previously we'd be welcoming in our new 25m centre mid Winks and 40m Broja whilst wondering why Moura was here on 130k pw.
