Chelsea spent £600 millions these past 12 months and haven't done that.

Good strikers are few and far between - certainly for clubs in 19th with no money to spend.

The kneejerk reaction over Big Kev not even 12 months into the job considering the mess he's come into is exactly why we are where we are.

Everything's either utterly boss or absolutely awful and needs burning down.

Patience is required. Give him some proper backing and he'll sort us.

We weren't 19th with no money to spend in the summer?

Awful analogy. And completely irrelevant to the situation at Everton.

How so ?

If a European club with unlimited money and no FFP restrictions couldn't bring in a good CF then what hopes did a club in the bottom 3, little money and FFP worries ?

The idea that there was a glut of good CF's available in January who were chomping at the bit to join a relegation battle (whilst their club was happy for us to pay on the drip) is fantasy talk.

They've got Aubamyang and Havertz and then spent millions to not suit either of them.

They have strikers. Good ones. Just not suited to what they've horded.

There were plenty of loans and players available for us. The board just pocketed £40mill from Gordon to balance the books

The shopping basket of chelsea and Everton were on different planets.
We needed options up front. As opposed to the zero options that has now happened. There is no comparison to chelsea.
You know it.
We know it
Henry kissinger knew it.

Our standards are quite different unfortunately to Chelsea’s - there is absolutely no excuse. Looks like he finished his 120 point plan finally on the 31/01 at 10:59

Chelsea aren't going down we are!

He's basically bought an out of form striker, who had no attributes that are needed for a team like ours.

Then couldn't attract a single player to join in the whole of January he hasn't performed a basic part of his job and should leave so that someone better can perform it.

I agree the Maupay signing was a weird one - but there was no good CF that moved to a PL side in Jan other than Danny Ings who 70% on here didnt want us to sign anyway.
