It's past due but it's well done.

The two loans improve us. Chermiti is a very interesting prospect. Beto is a much better option for me than Che Adams.

Not pleased with Ashley Young so far but the deal makes sense.

At the moment I'll give him some credit for l working all that out with two coppers to rub together. If they're crap though he's getting it in the neck.

Ashley Young should have been a back up player to cover a number of positions, not a starter. That's on Dyche.

Oh wait.

Another one of these sound bite press releases that make him look like an idiot.

"long term target", "priority" ... Yet we've got him after the season started and spent 3/4s of the window chasing Gnonto.

To be honest I'm thinking they thought DCL was going to be fully fit but that latest injury and our lack of goals from elsewhere just broke the back. You can't keep 3 strikers happy so I assume that means Dom will be available to leave.

It's on Benitez for selling Digne and replacing him with Mykolenko

That's done and dusted now. Different managers and DoF involved, you may as well go back to Baines as bar from one season Digne didn't do a lot either.

I'm sure Thelwell thought if we have an injury crisis - which let's face it we usually do Young can cover both wing and fullback positions. In that sense it works, as a long term left back it clearly doesn't and if Dyche said I want Young to be the starting left back they would be looking to offload Myko and bring in someone who does fit the bill.

Not much of a market for full backs that can't defend or attack.

We can only hope Benitez wants him at Celta Vigo.

I will probably get flak for this , but I think that he is doing a decent job.
We need to factor in the financial constraints that he is working under , which no other previous incumbent of the post has endured.
He is also working under the hindrance of having no autonomy of decision making , having to get everything past the albatross around our necks , that is Kenwright.
He seems to be thinking more "out of the box" than the previous DoF's , and certainly seems to be targetting a younger player with potential , on lower wages , and with some resale value.

I was not a Brands fan but this is way too early. Thelwell only signed a striker after we lost three games with some of the most dire forward play the premier league has ever seen. I'm hopeful Beto will be really good, but we need to see him play first.
I mean its levels.

Kevin signs 38 year old Ashley Young, Brands plucks Luca Digne out the shadows.

Lets not go crazy here.

Is rite Kev. Any truth in these Sulemana rumours?
