Dyche needs removing asap he's an absolute bin fire, never an Everton manager, shows how far out of touch the decision makers at the club are to have employed him in the first place.

He won’t manage again, his ego won’t allow him to take a job in league 2, and no one in the division above would touch him unless they’d had a frontal lobotomy..

Perhaps you could point out the players hes signed (not forced on him or that Dyche/Moshiri wanted) that have "overwhelmingly" failed?

On the one hand hes slating Thelwell and saying negative things about specific aspects while ignoring almost everything else...

...likes one or two youth players Thelwell signed but gives no credit.

Seems to like Branthwaite and one or two others but Thelwell gets no credit for creating pathways rather than selling them.

I think hes realised begrudgingly that Dyche is doomed...but its not the poor management, clear favouritism or lack of tactical acumen...its Thelwells fault.

Patterson clearly our best right back...on the eye and in the stats. Nope, its a legally dead Coleman & Young combo as "Dyche sees them in training".

You’re completely ignoring the fact that he’s literally had less resources to work with than ANY other club in the division. In fact, he’s had to make a profit and you think being at the wrong end of the table is on him? It isn’t even PARTLY on him ffs. His job has been impossible. He’s done a very good job in getting high earners off the books (something his predecessor failed to do) whilst also having to scour the globe looking for any player that might help the squad who either didn’t cost anything, or their club would accept zero down payment for. You honestly think if he had a half decent budget he’d have moved heaven and earth to sign Beto? Udinese literally deferred any payment for 12 months! DCL at the time was having huge injury issues and we badly needed a striker. I expect there was very little choice. I find it bizarre that anyone can point the finger in his direction with a straight face.

People are criticising the signing of Jake o Brien. But he was another who actually cost buttons initially. At the time he was signed, we were having centre back issues which people are very quick to forget. Our defensive record last year was based on the Branthwaite/Tarkowski partnership. Neither featured in pre-season and both had issues, that’s why the focus switched from an attacking player (Gnonto) to a central defender. You, me or anyone else still don’t know if that was a good signing or a poor one because the manager won’t play him. Let’s wait and see what he produces when he gets his chance under a new manager.

You arent happy with the youth sides and womens team beating the RS this season at least?

As those teams all fall under the DOF who is Thelwell.
