I disagree dave, he would get very limited time here the rest of the season, young pups like him need to be playing 90 mins, and he plays every Saturday and every Tuesday. the amount of critical experience he will be gaining is imeasureable to be honest.

It's a consideration I grant you. But he's always talking about possession and this lad is one of the best I've seen at taking and giving a pass.

Why, if SA is serious about making a progression in style on the pitch, would he not want Dowell?

I disagree. He might think that but he's done more than most to inject a bit of flair and artistry (and punch) to our attack in the short time here.
