Aye, particularly the bit on 1.33 and also liked the segment just after where he not only holds off someone but then sprints past them the length of the pitch to receive the ball back.

He looks strong, skilful and quick. Hopefully arrives back just in time to help in next seasons Champions League campaign...

I think the loan is good for him. Sigurdson may well play on the left and the Forrest fans are saying he fades in games and is a little lightweight. Why not loan him out to get that experience and get back a stronger player? I think it's a good move for him, by the sounds of it he's lighting up their league so let him get a full season under his belt rather then sit here on the bench. Can you honestly see him dislodging Sigurdson, Klaassen, Sandro, Rooney, Lookman?

Again my stance isn't that the loan isn't going to be good for him (mostly for confidence, I'm not convinced there's anything for him to "learn" there that he couldn't training with our first team and gradually working his way into the first team with us). With four competitions there would have been time available. Time will tell whether Sigurdson will be a difference maker. He's here so I hope he is. I'm behind him to help kick us on. But he just got here this week. Part of my concern over that signing is exactly the point that he could block Dowell's progress with us. Now if Sigurdson is the difference between top four and not, then hell yeah it's a great move. But if we finish 7th again, and Dowell still has no place in the team next year no matter how ready he is, then I'm annoyed.

It's perfectly ok to disagree with that view. But that's mine.

Looks good but always amuses how excited everyone gets at the start of season when only a few matches have been played.

Halfway through last season the general consensus was that Barkley was amazing, about two months later he had been declared as rubbish by the fanbase...

When you're an Everton player or manager you can go from everyone loving you to everyone hating you within bout a month lol

But you still think he would have been better served training at FF and playing versus kids?

I said may pages ago this is now an argument neither side can win at this point. You say look how good he's doing, the loan was the right move, and I say look how good he's doing, he should be with us. I'm made up he's kicking on, but there are a fair few of us who are not at all surprised, while a I think a lot of people who don't pay much attention to the youth teams are waking up to what a talent he really is.

I hope we win the league, and Dowell comes in next year and helps us win the treble. Can we agree on that?

No, I don't think he should be training with 23's. I think he should be training with the first team and pushing for a place like Lookman. Why is that hard to understand? Where is the miscommunication?

He wouldnt have played a second for the first team so far, not a second, instead hes played 3 games, games which mean something.

Not sure what you think we do in training that Forest dont? Why would training be different at Everton? Of course he would train with the first team, then he would be playing for the U23s, while the first team all bail him, at Forest hes part of something, he trains with his TEAM MATES, he plays in matches that mean something, he grows as a player, instead you want to stunt his progress, just so he could play 5minutes against somebody in the League Cup.

What's the difference between Lookman and Dowell? Other than Mola had a season in League One.
