Last Film You Watched

Saw 1917 and it's a very good movie, but I kept thinking about real life situations in that war and it's very sad. I was asked if I enjoyed it, but couldn't say yes
for that reason. In one scene a woman in enemy territory is minding a baby who's lost her mother. She doesn't even know the child's name. One of the films heroes is able to help, briefly, but has to leave them. You wonder how they can survive and you know they won't.

Did you notice they were the only 2 females in it?

Florence Foster Jenkins about the rich 1940s US lady who thought she could sing. Flawless performances by Streep and Grant, who do this sort of thing in their sleep, and the period was well brought to life but I found the whole thing a bit stagey.
