Last Film You Watched

Seen a few fillums with nuns getting defiled on the internet, don't think any of them were called Val though.

Once again, I return to Point Break... no shame in admitting it's easily in my top 5 films of all time.

As completely ridiculous as the skydiving scene is, it's one of my all time favourites. The euphoria and pure love-in experienced in the scene is second to none.

*On Amazon Prime
Apparently the first draft of the script had that scene going in a very different direction.

It didn't bode well with the focus groups, so the scene got a re-write and with it, the amazing sky diving scene. ;)

Watched ‘U Want Me To Kill Him’ on Netflix last night. Based on a true story. Worth a watch.
Also I watched ‘Inside Man’ the night before. Can’t believe I’ve never seen it before. Another good watch.
U want me to kill him was a very odd story wasnt it?

Finally gave into boredom and watched The Meg,it might have been half decent if they had used some of the money on a script writer and employed half decent actors,Pippin the dog was actually the outstanding thespian in the whole jarg Jaws mess

Dark Waters (2019, on Amazon Prime Video)
True story of an American chemical corporate defence lawyer who goes up against DuPont after they are accused of dangerous polluting.
I thought it might be boring and bureaucratic but its actually really powerful and inspiring, and also a little scary by implication.

Watched it after my procurement lecturer on my Masters course mentioned it in a lecture on Friday (on the topic of corporate social responsibility) and said he immediately threw out all his Teflon pots/pans.
