Always pleasing to see such a stellar cast put to good use.
Seen it several times but still holds its emotional impact.
Kevin Bacon and Brad Pitt especially put in two great performances.

A very typical modern sci-fi: looks great, is shoite. Poorly written, shallow and forgettable, and exactly what you get when you give millions to facile man-babies to make films. In every scene you can virtually hear these empowered corporate nerds going "yeah dude, let's do that, cos it'll look really cool."

'kin rubbish.
It's funny, I remember seeing this at the cinema, and it looks and feels exactly how you'd expect an Abrams-produced Star Trek film to turn out in the hands of the director of numerous Fast & Furious instalments. I'm guessing this is how they pitched it? It even has a motorbike chase scene, FFS.

minari. a korean family moves to 1980's america in search of a better life. not a bad film, has a slow enough pace though, so some people might be put off by that. the son is a real star.

tombstone. watched it again after seeing it mentioned on here, still a great film and still one of the best westerns.

Don't think I've ever seen all of this one, but loved the first one of the reboot.

I quite liked the first 2 of this trilogy as well. This one was like a TV movie
