Well to be honest i didnt want to say too much incase i got into Spolier territory, to be honest the whole films is fantastic

Ghostbusters Afterlife - I love Ghostbusters so was nervous going in, however

left feeling it got the same treatment as Force Awakens. A re imagining of the original. No new ideas but washes the bad taste of the last one.

Resident Evil Raccoon City - just as [Poor language removed] as the others.

Resident Evil Raccoon City, terribly disjointed film, tried too hard to fit all the characters in, but having said that some jumpy parts in it when watching alone, doesn't save the film though which is a shame. Watched Cosmos on Prime tonight and really enjoyed it, characters were very likable and believable. Worth a watch, very tense at times.

Yeah. I am not sure that tastes have changed so much to account for the weird discrepancy between reviews and the actual movies we are seeing.

Funnily enough, the sequel trilogy makes the prequels look like masterpieces! Well, except for the Phantom Menace lol. At least they actually felt like real Star Wars movies due to how Lucas set up the camera, used his scene fades, etc.

I haven't seen the new Spider-Man movie yet, but I did see Spider-Man Into The SpiderVerse. Now that is a GOOD Spidey film.

Watched the 4K disc of The Double Life of Veronique - just an outstanding film, and it's never looked better. It now has me verging on forking out for the 4K set of the Three Colours trilogy...

I haven't seen the new Spider-Man movie yet, but I did see Spider-Man Into The SpiderVerse. Now that is a GOOD Spidey film.

Just watched it, fantastic film. Probably slightly too long and emotional in parts… but honestly superb performances by everyone and just wonderfully pieced together. Spiderverse is the best but this puts a bow on the whole franchise.

Stan and Steve would have been proud.

It was good back in the 70s.

I've just seen French Connection yet again and that's still good now. It's a masterpiece in fact. Great soundtrack.
