You will say this about the 2005 remake… Hawke made it right after Training Day.
And he was amazing in it, do you know why? Acting along side Denzel Washington in which was probably his best performance, it pushed Hawke to up his game.
And in Assault on Precent 13, he still had some of that reside left over to put into his character.

Seen Moonage Daydream, its brilliant the way it's made, it's not so much a documentary but a movie taking interviews, footage, some rare footage too and telling the David Bowie story.
I've never listened to his music but many of the songs are instantly recognisable and even if your not a fan of his music its still worth a watch as a social documentary

Just googled it. The Hollywood version was the Departed. One of the very best films ever made in my opinion. Nicholson's performance was probably more understated than usual. Seen him play much more OTT roles.

Still way too OTT for this. Works in A Few Good Men etc. Not here. Absolute cringefest.

i watched a film on Netflix than i didn't know anything about and .... it was good. wow!

a person dies which causes mass riots in a housing estate, it was great. very much like Mad Max in how it is filmed. there a great 12 min continous shot at the start. Great find.

Bill and Ted - face the music

Wait years for a sequel and they turn out a film that decides to put all the emphasis on their daughters being the stars.

Mostly boring and the daughters are so so bad.

Couple of mildly amusing moments but overall a complete let down.

Oh and Missy got fat too.

The plot took a complete u-turn! I didn't see that coming!

Roxette wrote Almost Unreal initially intended for that movie, however got placed into Super Mario Bros instead.

A film called Logan Lucky from a few years back.

It was pretty bad, billed as a comedy, but yeah no, told a decent story with a twist at the end.
