Well, Thursday night treat 9:05 pm ITV4
Top film.

Run Rabbit Run

Released this year on Netflix. Dubbed a psychological thriller. I enjoyed it, but the end is a little enigmatic.

At the conclusion, Mrs King says, that's your kind of film it was weird.

Just watched this.

What a seriously messed up film and a great performance from Matt Dillon.
Lads Von Trier is a certifiable nut job, Most of his stuff is mad. I loved his film with Bjork though.
I’ve still got his TV series “the kingdom” and it’s absolutely mental, I vaguely remember a character lying prostrate in a hospital bed slowly morphing into a hideous creature each episode

I watched Kingdom years ago on regular telly.

It was proper spooky stuff.

The Many Saints of Newark (2021)

As a big Sopranos fan I had high hopes for this prequel although reviews weren’t great. Still, I thought I’d give it a whirl.

DIckie Moltisanti (Christopher’s father) is the film’s main protagonist while we get to learn a little about Tony's gangster beginnings.

It’s an unfortunate storytelling exercise though as it lacks drive and no one character has any real narrative arc that most standalone episodes of the series had in spades.

There was an awful lot of material that could’ve been out to good use but overall it’s very dIsappointing

Don’t bother.
