The Super Mario Bros Movie and TMNT Mutant Mayhem - two absolutely fun animated movies that have no business being as good as they are, each have gorgeous animation, the former styled like the cut scenes/trailers from the games while the latter has the rough and ready style that made the Spider-Verse films popular

Brilliant, use to watch my kids video while they were at school, the original 90's series the best.

Watched "The Untamed" a film by a Mexican director. Wow, imaginative film about hedonism, sex, and a dose of magico-realism involving aliens. It is really well cast, acted, and shot. Some scenes toward the end of the film are really compelling. Its strength is that it doesn't "show too much" by being gratuitous with the sexuality and aliens. Enjoyable.

Haha no. I heard about all the ppl watching it with parents, nans etc over Xmas, so was intrigued when I was at my bro's and he asked if I wanted to watch it with him and his wife!

I gave LIFT a go this morning. It was okay; just your standard, safe, run-of-the-mill, criminal action comedy. To be honest, the only reason I watched it was because I saw that Vincent D'Onofrio was in it.

We went to see “ One Life” last week , it was excellent . It’s down as a BBC film or something , it does have a BBC understated feel about it, compared to say Schindler's Ark/List.
