It’s the exact same film for two thirds of the film, with the last act changed, so that it’s more palatable for American audiences ( I assume ).
Mainly due to the outrageously good performance of James McEvoy, the re make is every bit as good ( imo )
Ooft big words, I’ll have to report back. If the ending has changed to something a bit more audience friendly not sure I’ll like it. That was one of my fave bits about the orig.

It’s hard to discuss it without giving spoilers away, but I agree to a point, but what had gone on before almost cancelled that out ( imo )

Bunch of fannies. Salem's Lot looks okay, I think? I'm not a fan of modern revisions of King novels.
