Probably Bullet train for me, it's a premier, I've heard it's crud but I watched Prey the other day, otherwise it'd be the simply hilarious 'Heartbreak ridge'. Clint is old in this and it’s 1986. Anyway, only one contender later at 10:55. I get the feeling Pitt plays a bit like his character Floyd from 'True romance' in that he's a dope. Comedy thriller. Not an easy piece of work to make right.

Entertainingly feel good for Xmas Eve.

I watched Conclave with Ralph Fiennes last night - decent if you like slowburners with no action and it’s a quiet movie. Intrigued throughout, the ending just underwhelmed a little, but overall decent. An Oscar contender apparently.

Weakest one yet, half marks. To long to carry two none speaking central figures. Kay was aggravating.

Decisions decisions, 'Heat', 'Raiders of the lost ark', 'Die hard with a vengeance', 'Lethal weapon', 'The bodyguard', 'Alien3', 'End of days', 'A quiet place', 'Clear and present danger', 'Notting hill'. There isn't a ton on this evening. Shame 'Spaceballs' or 'Young Frankenstein' isn't on. Could use a laugh.
