The Hateful Eight. Bloody, talky, tense, amusing, maybe a little insubstantial, downright slow at times, but very well acted.

I admire you for actually going to see it mate. They've had virtually every member of the cast on the radio, talk shows, day time telly etc trying to talk it up this week. If they couldn't talk it up and make it sound worth seeing , no one could !

Wish I hadn't bothered to see it now tbh mate. It's obvious they were hoping for a lot sentiment from people like me and they got it. Well they wont get it again, I just can't for the life of me understand why anyone would make a film and go out of their way to trash the original sitcom that the idea comes from. I've seen a couple of the day time tv interviews they've been on and they kept saying 'judge the film for what it is' well i did and it's an insult to people's intelligence frankly.

Jurassic World. Some decent scenes and better than some of the later instalments, but not a patch on the original. 5/10.

Cracking cast too. They must've realised when they read the script, how bad it was !

The Good Dinosaur (2015)

Not Pixar's finest effort.

It's about as average as a kids movie can be.

Been putting it off for ages but Finally watched American Sniper .......... was alright I suppose ... not as good as what people had made out so maybe I expected too much out of it. Not bad by any stretch though.
