The Dictator

Fell asleep about 20 minutes in. I think Cohen has had his 15 minutes tbh. Some mildly funny parts but I'll have to watch it again.

I think he just needs to do something other than 'Oh look im going to play an offensive stereotype for the next 90 minutes and get into awkward situations'. He is a genuinely funny and intelligent guy off screen, waste of talent.

Watching 'Black Rain' on Filmfour. Its Ridley Scott released in 1989.

It is a love letter to 'Bladerunner'.

Black rain - 3/10
Bladerunner - 12/10

That was Douglas at his Belushied out best.

It was actually quite amazing.

Watched Panic Button, a British film about a facebook type site scenario in which 4 holiday winners are targeted for murder because of reasons I'll leave for you to find out if you watch it. Wasn't great but interesting in parts.

Also Edge of Darkness, Mel Gibson, average film, passed the time, about a detective investigating the murder of his daughter. Kind of lame.

And then Alien Hunter, James Spader, underrated and watchable actor, The Thing type film, interesting, roswell scenario, not brilliant but passed the time.

I like to pass the time.
