Last Film You Watched

Said it a few times, I thoroughly enjoyed Drive but just didn't seem to get it, the director is self proclaimed to make "genre movies" and yet it was like he tried to stuff about 6 different ones into this one film...

It basically just seemed to be the admittedly stellar looking Ryan Gosling looking at people in slow motion over a brilliant soundtrack, to me anyway.

6/10.

I think that's why I liked it to be fair. I'm a massive fan of Clint Eastwood too, I can certainly see a lot of his style portrayed by Gosling in this.

Mary and Max -- its a claymotion like Wallace and Grommet - starring Philip Seymore Hoffman and Toni Collete - brilliant film. I watched it on 'ALLUC' a free movie stream site.

Large screen hdtv pause/slow motion button, wank was the idea tbf

Respect.

Okay so finally watched Drive last night. Mind = blown. Amazing movie, 10/10 for me. Boss soundtrack too innit?

Just my opinion, but it was the most boring movie I've ever seen. If I had to watch another five minutes of Gosling staring wistfully into space I would have flipped out. No action whatsoever, that Perlman and Brooks are in it and have such awful dialogue is just criminal. I didn't get it. It was just another heist movie with a cardboard plot you could have made in 1970 with Peter Fonda and no heist.

Goon

Brilliant, fantastic, loved it

Gonna watch it again right now

Thanks for the tip gonna check it out.

This too. Often swerved it but now I'll pick it up.

Equilibrium - Copies most every other Sci Fi film ever made, but Bale pulls it through. Has probably the biggest Plot Hole ever in a movie affecting the outcome, and a ridiculous gun fighting technique, but has one of the quickest, best death scenes. Completely Unbelievable but excellent Popcorn Flick 6/10.
