Last Film You Watched

I saw the latest Captian America film last night and I truthfully don't know if the whole comic film thing has finally passed me by or if this was legit just terrible. Its the first MCU film I've seen since the last Spiderman and only the second since End Game (though I've watch a few shows or at least bits of them) and it just feels flat to me. Like there's almost no plot or at least very little worth seeing. I didn't even bother waiting for the end credits (I presume these are still a thing?). Was it just me? Am I just the grumpy old guy that doesn't get it or was this just pretty bad?
Nah, it was crap and I enjoy the opportunity to switch off and just digest a film like that, but using the Cap American name doesn’t help Anthony Mackie 1. Cos he’s not him, and 2 he’s a terrible actor and very little character like Chris Evan’s had, whether it’s a passing of the baton - he’s the wrong choice, he has always been a b movie grade actor too.

With the recent furores surrounding the little mermaid and wicked and and and, with snow white currently getting a kicking, were the Simpsons on the cutting edge of go woke go broke culture back in April 1999?

'The old man and the C student', s10e20.

Leon The Professional - apart from Gary Oldman... I just don't like the dude, i love this film!!! The relationship between the two main characters is really touching... its really well done, and stacks up today...

Top film.
Wow. Oldman's performance in this is one of the most unhinged baddie roles ever. It's almost perfect.

Electric State on Netflix with Chris Pratt and Millie Bobby Brown.

Shame they didn’t make a better fist of this as the story is good as were the special effects, could have been a modern Speilbergien family classic but the editing was all over the show.
Maybe its just the Russo’s making way too much film and needing to trim down to the 2h 08m it runs out to.

Entertaining enough but a bit of a missed opportunity.
