Last post: fan protests won't help the club you support

You can support the team and manager yet still protest the board and owner. They aren’t mutually exclusive.
100% And that is what has to happen for both change and results.

I think the people who are concerned about the protests impacts on players maybe don’t make their point clearly. I get some of it, they are saying the line in between supporting the players, protesting the board gets blurred and they aren’t comfortable it’s sustainable. I don’t care how tough it is in Napoli. Our players have shown many times they are rock bottom. They are not winners.

When the fanbase is at the ground already in protest mode (as they should be), we are losing again having blown a lead, anger is rising, then it’s a fine line for some to drift into real hatred and vitriol to the players. Propper eye popping hatred. Which they often deserve. Feels more on a knife edge in the ground. Blatantly obvious influx of stewards we all see. We will lose lots more games this season. We lost some at the end of last season and people were upset, but now the anger against the Board just bursts out and everyone gets it both barrels, apart from Onana. Whether that affects the players, **** knows.

I don’t know anymore. It’s a mess. But not going to insult a blue who’s come to their own decision, even if I disagree.

This is the last time I'll post as I believe this is a lost cause

But, I do care about the club a lot and so will say for a final time - creating a toxic culture at the club and demanding too much will obviously put fear into players and management which will impact performances, helping create the downward spiral that we've now seen - ultimately resulting in people not wanting to join the club

Yes, allowing Gordon and Rondon to leave and not replacing them when we urgently needed attacking players appears to have not been good management. I suspect it wasn't for lack of trying to get new players. They should probably have held off on the exits until replacements were lined up, if financially possible

BUT, the squad we have is still better than some are saying. The best chance the club has now is for the fanbase to rally behind Dyche and the players

If not, the fans will be helping the club they spend a lot of time supporting to go down. And that will then mean then supporting a team in the Championship. And if the negativity continues, the fans might help the club plummet down the leagues. You'd think actually people having that effect might be better doing something else with their time

Ultimately, personally I think Moshiri should sell to a new owner who can revatilise things. And the fan problem will only be sorted if it is somehow directly tackled. It seems many have a fixed mindset though, which is not unusual (think Trump America etc), which may not be possible to change - it's unfortunate but the reality

I wish you all the best!

Barry Horne
We did this club have had the chance to turn things around and made it worse. I would love not to have problems with the board but honestly we have to demand for change now, even if we dont and back the team and go down this lot will stay. Yeah dont agree with any protest before the game in the stadium.

Can't get any worse mate.

I find this data nothing but pointless to be honest, obviously we are going to be low on it we are bottom of our league? I am actually surprised we are not even lower on it

I don't wish to alarm anyone, but I think the OP might not actually be Barry Horne either
He could be ‘a’ Barry Horne but not ‘the’ Barry Horne.

If he is ‘the’ Barry Horne, I’d have concerns over his ego/narcissism by signing up as ‘Legend’.

Either way, just thankful we never have to read any more of his posts blaming the fans….. well until his narcissism gets the better of him and he can’t help himself replying.

So the board can keep getting away with their incompetence and we are embarrassed to accept it and clap for them ?

Well, you're not paying close enough attention.

That's for the 2022 calendar year - so it's not exclusively tied to this seasons league table. A lot of the teams like Nottingham Forest will be a lot higher then, given Championship.

The takeaway though, is it shows that in the calendar year of 2022, only Southampton gained less points than Everton in the Premier League.

I suspect as of now, given we've lost every game in January, including to Southampton that since 1st January 2022 last year, Everton have the lowest points per game of any top flight team.

It shows it's not a blip.

I wonder what the over/under on him posting again will be?

Will probably just have another account tbh

We still don't need a rocket scientist or a graph of data to show that either. The proof is in the pudding, we had a terrible manager in Frank Lampard and we kept him for far longer than we should under the thinking "he needs time"

Just pray Dyche can get a tune out of these and he can keep us up

If he is he can do one, I had an argument with him coming out of the Upper Bullens Road stand, he was trying to convince me that Mike Walker was a good manager and hewould get things right, this was the season after the relegation fight the season before.

That’s not really a leaving post mate.

You’ve got to go out swinging, with threats of violence and name the posters, who’ve been getting on your tits.

I’ll start the ball rolling @ForeverBlue92 He thinks your attempts at goading and baiting the good folk of GOT with virtually every post, are pathetic and cringeworty.

Name your Morrisons.
