I meant since Kenwright took over, I should have stated that more clearly.

Don't get me wrong, 'stability' has been cold comfort for the lack of trophies and commercial ambition - but it's not something to be taken for granted.

I'm guessing Liverpool maybe one of the three clubs along with Utd and Arsenal. The only clubs to have won the title more than us. That's how success is measured throughout history.

.....not sure if it was more a matter of Swansea not wanting them but I might have that wrong. I recall Swansea ownership includes a supporters element and they were against this consortium.

Greg O'keefe released the original piece today.

As previous poster mentioned he doesn't post anything without club giving it the nod. They will have read the piece and given it the thumbs up to go to print.

They've sat on fence and said hardly anything about this change of ownership up until this.

Once it goes ahead they'll be a stream of 'bills legacy' and 'bill the greatest evertonian' type articles no doubt.
