You lost me at "hello" mateIf you've read this far, you are obviously more bored than me!
I would guess that would have been on the agenda on the general meeting with an executive from the council that those buying the club will have had as part of the process.Oh aye, may be wrong but Finch Farm is held by the Trustees of the Liverpool Council Workers pension fund osn't it?

we lease finch farm but have a deal in place to purchase it outright for a set fee if we wanted toOh aye, may be wrong but Finch Farm is held by the Trustees of the Liverpool Council Workers pension fund osn't it?

Is that deal still in place or did it go with the original company we sold and leased back from mate?we lease finch farm but have a deal in place to purchase it outright for a set fee if we wanted to
think the deal to buy was not part of the original deal but brought in when we agreed a leasing option with the new owners of FF.Is that deal still in place or did it go with the original company we sold and leased back from mate?
Cheers - can't even buy the right kind of land ffs.think the deal to buy was not part of the original deal but brought in when we agreed a leasing option with the new owners of FF.
which surprisingly despite having state of the art facilities, is hard to build on anyway apparently due to some ground sloping / issue with the way the ground at FF is.
Knighton but no UFO references - shame on you.I referenced Michael Knighton before.
This is the type of new ownership we need.

I repent my misdeeds by thinking it was a pension fund asset, and have ordered sack-cloth, ashes and a scourge for self-flagellation.I would guess that would have been on the agenda on the general meeting with an executive from the council that those buying the club will have had as part of the process.
That seems to check out mateCheers - can't even buy the right kind of land ffs.
Just looked it up, and the original lease had 5 year buy back clauses, so assuming LCC ( don't know where I got the idea it was the pension fund's but think roydo) have the same terms on taking over the lease, could be bought back in autumn next year 10 years after moving in, or sometime this year depending on the start date. That sound right?
