The thing I notice watching that video is the aggression, both with and without the ball. This for me is the biggest thing missing from his game at the moment.

That's only a couple of clips though mate. It's hard to be that aggressive and tenacious for 90 minutes week in, week out. Unless you're Jimmy Mc of corse.

But yeh on topic we were tosh today. Some of the kids did ok. Dowell and McAleny looked sharp. What's worrying is how the kids are coming through playing turgid, slow, toothless football. Martinez can't seem to realise it just doesn't work.

IVE BEEN THERE! I loved it but the Missus hated it.
