Haven't you wrote about how easy was for England to get to the semis and it doesn't count as an achievement for Southgate? Let's look at the opponents mighty Wigan had to beat to get to that final:

The problem at Everton in the second half of Martinez's reign here was mostly with the team...and their lack of character...which is what Vlasic underlined in spades today. A spineless bunch of no marks frightened of their own fans and probably their own shadows. Martinez leaves and has professionals to work with and is a success.

Still, you'll carry on with the nonsensical attacks because its all you have to throw...and we're rubbish still...and you feel you need to look for a familiar scapegoat. I understand.

What success has Martinez had since he left Everton. Also second half of Martinez reign was purely down to him. Surely you can remember how bad we was. We couldn't defend and looked clueless going forward. I hated him by the end of it
