At his age mate with those injuries at operations its not easy to come back. I hope he does, but im not confident he will.

He does seem to have lost a bit of pace but that may be due to being reluctant to bomb up and down the wing all day to protect his ankle. Who knows though, they have all become unfit under Martinez.

He could certainly benefit from having a proper winger ahead Of him again instead of having to take the burden of all the creative play. If the squad is to undergo the extent of an overhaul that is rumoured then we will certainly need his experience in the team to help the bedding in process. Having said that though, if by seasons end Garbutt and Galloway aren't pushing hard for his place then you would be disappointed.
