Doesn’t feel right this rumour. Maybe next summer, but not this. I don’t think Baines is going anywhere.

His second best mate lives out there now and is trying to get Baines and bbf Miles Kane to join him. There's legs in this. Great live music scene in LA which is more important to Baines than footie. Is this the same Baines who missed out on a World Cup because of homesickness? The notion he'd want to move even 5 minutes from his front doorstep, let alone 1000s of miles across the Atlantic
He's not going anywhere
You should know better than to make assumptions where Everton are concerned. You’re going on the assumption that we won’t be addressing our biggest area of concern this summer, of course we will. We can’t pass up opportunities to be getting rid of high-earning players who contribute very little.

Presumably Pennington is expected to play some part after signing his new deal.We will address it - but I don't think we'll be making four signings.
I think the sensible option would be an excellent first-choice LB and a quality centre-half. That should, really, cost us no less than £50m unless we're picking up a bargain.
That'd be, for me, 2 in with 3 out.
Williams, Martina, Funes Mori going. The two new signings coming in.
Four centre-halves, with Jags as fourth choice. Two LBs, with Baines as back-up.
