I am out of town this weekend and will NOT be bothering to watch the Villa game. Need a break from EFC. Probably will re-find my enthusiasm next weekend just in time for our getting a pasting at White Hart Lane. Everton, aren't we?

Can't sleep. Can't get over how badly we got battered.

Just horrible.

You're lucky you get to go to bed, it's only 4pm here, I've had all day and all night to come suffering abuse and ridicule. I'd rather curl up in the corner of my room and rock myself to sleep!

Know how you feel mate...another Kiwi Evertonian. Out to a function in Viaduct Harbour (Auckland) tonight. Would rather swerve it but it's free food and grog...and hopefully, NO Liverpool supporters (although football aint that big a game down here, so it's not like being at ground zero ie Merseyside... would not venture NEAR Liverpool after that abysmal performance...

There's enough glory seekers around my area and on my Facebook to give me grief for a while, still you're right I would be battening down the hatches if I was back home tonight.

Did anyone else think that when Sturridge drew that penalty that he was miles offside? It looked like it but they never even bothered to show a replay, just of Howard taking him out.

The high line was wrong in the first place.

Under the manager's tactics, the team will always go for it and that's why the scoreline was 0-4. The manager has been doing great this season but he didn't seem to have a plan b today. Similar to the Citch away game but we were luckier on that day and that scoreline was much easier to accept.

Screw it. If they get past Arsenal in the FA cup and we beat Swans, I hope we draw them. I want a chance at payback. We need redemption.

this all day long, and if they are worth anything as blues they should be wishing for it themselves, the players that is, if I don't see a reaction against villa i will lose it, i'm just thankful that grass neville isn't still about, if I had to deal with one of his meaningless rallying calls i'd go on a killing spree

We'd bottle it, like every 9 out of 10 derbies.

we didn't bottle this one, and we certainly didn't bottle Martinez's first derby.

The injuries is the main reason why we got hammered today. They've been absolutely debilitating, and demoralising. That's not bottling like in the derbies during the Moyes-era.
