5-0 and we miss six penaltiesProbably 5-0 and we miss a penalty
Lots going on for me. I'll be returning home from my holiday in South Devon on Saturday, listening out for the score at Burnley. On Sunday, the eBay auction for my new, unopened iPhone 13 will end half an hour before kick-off. Haven't even got the thing yet (as explained in the auction details) and the bids are already up to £590. So I ought to be in a happy mood for half an hour - maybe will have been since the end of the Burnley game anyway.I will be taking my dog for a walk when it's 2.0, after ten minutes.i feel sorry for those loyal blues fans who will be going.cant see many blues being their at the final whistle.
They deserve a medal for being there on Sunday.Yes it will be a hostile and arduous environment to play in but the Everton End will be full of Bluenoses putting to shame some of the fans on this thread.
We’re not where we are because referees nor are the RS.No, that's right.. there is no PGMOL conspiracy. It's just a small coincidence that the referee overseeing Burnley win 2-0 on Thursday (Atwell) is now officiating the Mersey Derby.
It's also just a small coincidence he refereed Liverpool v Watford just two weeks ago, Everton's annihilations at Palace and Spurs. Liverpool's win over Villa (1-0) penalty win over Chelsea in the FLC, Everton's disappearing act (0-3) at City, the dubious 0-1 (it wasn't a corner) loss to West Ham
So that's
Everton 0-1 0-3 0-5 0-4
Liverpool 1-0 0-0 (cup win), 2-0
And Burnley's win..

Even the bookies think we are going to get battered.
Correct Score: Liverpool 5-0 Everton (Sky Bet odds: 16/1)
Is this a question of how many? All the stats suggest so, with this having the potential to get really ugly given both teams' respective form lines.

Liverpool are on a rampant run of form currently, with their 4-0 dispatching of Manchester United in midweek their 11th win in 12 league games.
The Reds boast by far and away the best home xG process in the league (+2.23 xGD/game), way clear of Manchester City (+1.67), with their attacking process at Anfield on record pace - averaging 2.92 xGF per home game.

There appears to be no stopping Klopp's men, and Everton's rear-guard aren't likely to put up much resistance on Sunday.
After major struggles, the Toffees have steadied the ship somewhat, beating Manchester United and drawing with Leicester at Goodison Park, but their away form and process is astoundingly bad.
Under Frank Lampard, Everton have played five away games, losing all five by an aggregate score line of 15-4, averaging 0.97 xGF and 2.56 xGA per game in that time.
That final figure (2.56) should make Everton fans weak at the knees ahead of derby day.
