No chance Arsenal sell him Mikey. He's their best player and by some distance.

Can't see it myself mate but then if we finished top 4 that would be a different kettle of fish. He's certainly one of their remaining few saleable assets thats for sure.

Only one thing worse than having big money clubs sniffing round your best players & that’s having a squad full of vastly overpaid dross on long contracts, who nobody wants & you can’t pay clubs to take them..

We’ve seen way to much of the latter for longer than I can remember.

Hope Digne wants to stay, but if not, rinse city for 60m & keep buying likes of Godfrey & Nkounkou.
Give him all the money and make him captain

Id offer a 4-5 year deal and a nice salary bump.

If he did go to city it would have to be for an amount that we would need to sign Bukayo Saka from Arsenal.

Hes going to be top notch as well.

It’s hardly “mucking about” to bring the best left back in the league back into the team at left back is it?

Have to agree to disagree. I think tinkering with a team thats won three on the spin & a defence that's conceded one goal in three (unless there's injury of fatigue) would be an error.

Why change a winning team?

There are games in which we’ll need the extra attacking threat that Digne provides to break down defensive teams. The low block back 4 tactics have been fine in the last few games, but we’re going to need to play differently to beat the likes of Sheffield United and Sam Allardyce’s West Brom, who will let us have all of the possession.

Such a weird couple of pages this.

No one believes the mail, yet when they link Digne with City, the house falls down.

Paul Joyce who’s the man in the know across both Merseyside clubs, says were giving him a new deal, and the house still falls down because of the Mail story.

The lad won’t leave if Carlo wants him, imo.
