If we loan out one of the clubs most saleable assets particularly in our financial predicament , it says more about the pig headed , power hungry , controlling dinosaur in charge here.
And only strengthens that Marcel Brands was never ever the problem here.

Our problem in recent years is that our lot are so hard to shift full stop, let alone at a decent fee.
Digne does give us an opportunity to sell at a decent price. Some players are irreplaceable, I don’t think he’s one of them.
But it would allow us to strengthen 2 maybe 3 positions.
With FFP around our necks Digne seems the most plausible to help us go back into the market & re strengthen.
I’d much rather he goes then any of our other ‘assets’ like Richy/ DCL etc

The issue with a loan will be whether there is a mandatory expectation to buy, or an option. From an FFP perspective, if they have to buy come the summer, then it is little different to selling now.
I haven't seen Wall Street for a long time. Don't recall the line so it did make me laugh.
